Note: Each Trademark and Service Mark must be submitted separately.

This online service allows for electronic submissions of the following:
- Assignment of Trademark/Service Mark (TM-108)
- Renewal of Trademark/Service Mark (TM-109)
- Name Change-Registered Owner of Trademark/Service Mark (TM-110)

$30.00 per Assignment, $0.00 per Name Change of Registered Owner, and $30.00 per Renewal
Certified Copy Fee:
$5.00 (Required for Name Change of Registered Owner)
